STORY IDEA:
Cursed to live a new life, reincarnated as a cat-like spirit, Iroha has been struggling to find a purpose or cause. That is until she befriends a bird, James, and comes to know the boy who owns him, Oliver. Being his same age, she finds comfort in observing and contributing to the simple life he lives, but she’s not the only spirit watching him.
Iroha has led her life as a cat pretty convincingly. Using her feline form she keeps her exploits in the spirit world away from the eyes of her human friend. As supernatural threats roam and threaten to get in the way of the boy’s menial life, she works hard to eliminate them. One day, she wakes up to a very frightened Oli, only to realize she’s been stuck in her human form the whole night.
It turns out Oliver owns an item coveted by many spirits for its power, and Iroha is the one tasked with returning it to a higher power. Forced to bring her companions along, she has to face the reality that she may never be able to return to the life she’d only just started. Along the way she discovers more feelings that she’s scared to pursue, in fear of ruining everything.
